In this project, an
attempt has been made to provide smart solution to differentiate and sort
desired objects from one location to another location. A smart sorting
algorithm is attempted to solve the problem of picking desired objects from one
place and place them at desired other location. For this, the robot uses mobile
platform on which a 4-axis arm is mounted to carry out the above mentioned task.
The robot follows predetermined path to sort the objects and is fully
automated. All the various problems and obstructions for the loading process
has been deeply analysed and been taken into consideration while designing the
pick and place robot giving a smart sorting system.
